DataShoal aggregates and interprets buoy, tide gauge, NOAA forecast, streamflow, phytoplankton, and closure data to help operators and researchers better understand the conditions that drive shellfish growth, mortality, and closure risk. Weekly reports are live for the pilot waterbodies of Humboldt, Tomales, and Morro bays in California, with Phase 2 in progress and expanding to the Salish Sea.
